Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and any refunds will be processed thereafter.

  • All delivery costs associated with returning the merchandise will not be covered by engentive unless the item was misshipped or damaged upon delivery.

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will send you a replacement at our expense; however we will request that the initially delivered item be sent back, or a photograph be sent of the damaged item(s) to validate the claim. In such a case, please contact us via email at customerservice@mazaradesigns.com, with your name and order reference number.

  • All damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. All purchases may be returned, or exchanged by mail only and by filling out the online Return Authorization Form.

 

The condition of the item(s) upon delivery is backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If for any reason you decide to change your mind within three (3 days) from the date of your order delivery, we will take back the item(s) in question and refund you 100% of the product value.

To be eligible to make a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item packaging must be unopened and the product must be in brand new condition.

  • Must be returned in its original packaging and with all original product literature.

  • Item must include all its original accessories.

  • Item must be in resellable condition.

Please be advised that any return request may take up to ten (10) business days to process.

Cancelling your order

Your order is prepared for shipment as soon as it is received. Please be sure to contact us with minimal delay in the event that you wish to cancel an order. All orders marked as “Shipped”  can no longer be cancelled and must instead be returned.

Wrong Product Delivered

Misshipped, or erroneous orders (wrong product delivered) must be reported to us within ten (10) business days from the day of reception.

Upon reporting the error to us, we will initiate all return procedures and re-ship to you the correct product at our expense.  If, by chance, the item is no longer available, We will issue a refund to you for the total value of the order in points.

For us to accept the erroneous order return the item(s) in question;

  • Must be in brand new condition,

  • Must be returned in its original packaging and with all original product literature,

  • Item must include all its original accessories,

  • Item must be in resellable condition.

 


Damaged in Transport

Items damaged in transport must be reported to us within three (3) days of receiving your order.

We will subsequently ship out a replacement unit as soon as the damaged item is returned to our facility. If a replacement unit no longer available,  a refund will be offered. In certain cases we will require that the damaged unit be shipped back to us at our expense, or  we may ask for you to provide us with an image of the damaged product for insurance claiming purposes.
